Preparation

  1. 250 degrees for 4 hours (not wrapped)
  2. Then wrap in foil & Finish cooking for a total of 1 hour per 1.5 lbs meat
  3. Put a rub on it
  4. Dave does 225 degrees and puts meat in a foil pan with liquid....
  5. Aaron doesn't inject meat but does use a rub. He cooks at a lower temp but I don't remember what
